It introduces the theoretical framework of andragogy, emphasizing learner-centered approaches and practical application in real-world training environments. The course integrates the Principles of Trainers' Methodology I, which equips future trainers with the essential skills for designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs aligned with adult learning principles. Topics include understanding adult learners' motivations, facilitating group learning, and applying instructional methods that enhance participation and engagement.
